Ayurveda Bodywork Therapies
Abhyanga massage
Enjoy a one-hour Abhyanga oil massage for $110, thoughtfully tailored to your individual Dosha. Your treatment concludes with a 10-minute guided meditation, allowing the body to fully absorb the calm and balance cultivated during your session.
This gentle, rhythmic therapy supports lymphatic flow, encourages detoxification, and deeply relaxes the nervous system, leaving you grounded and restored.
Please note: This is a nurturing, therapeutic Ayurvedic treatment and is not a remedial or deep tissue massage.


30-Minute Shiro Abhyanga $50 – Ayurvedic Head Massage
A deeply calming treatment focusing on the neck, shoulders, scalp, and a gentle facial massage. Warm herbal oils, selected according to your Dosha, which nourish the tissues, release tension, and quiet the mind.
This soothing therapy helps ease stress, improve circulation to the scalp, and promote a sense of grounded relaxation.

20 min Cupping $25 - Cupping in Ayurveda is a traditional detox and circulation therapy called Raktamokshana (specifically Shringa or Alabu).
It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction, which:
Improves blood circulation
Helps remove stagnant blood and toxins
Reduces muscle tension and pain
Eases inflammation
Combined with oil massage it enhances muscle relaxation and detox effects.
External Bastis
20 min External bastis $25 in Ayurveda are localized oil-retention therapies where warm medicated oil is held on a specific body area using a dough ring
Kati Basti – oil retained on the lower back
Greeva Basti – oil retained on the neck
Janu Basti – oil retained on the knee
Hridaya Basti – oil retained over the chest/heart area
They are mainly used to relieve pain, stiffness, inflammation, and nourish tissues in that targeted area.

Pranayama
